Pop into popsicles and summer to fall vegetables

Despite our little breather this week , the heat ’s not off the griddle yet . So how about cool off down with Trisha ’s yummy , healthy popsicle ?

This week , she mixes up easy - freezey formula with yield , yoghurt , herb , and even avocado ( a top slay with the KLRU studio crew).Get her recipes and fountainhead for the freezer !

Neither are inhuman hardy so they get to flow out on the terrace in winter when we frame it in credit card . I ’ve also overwintered the Cuban oregano indoors where it gets hopeful light .
